SALAAR and KGF Connections

The recent release of Prabhas' #Salaar has caused a sensation on the internet. While some fans were thrilled with the teaser, it's important to acknowledge that it also left others disappointed. In the midst of this teaser excitement, fans have taken an extra step by creating various theories surrounding Salaar.

These theories aim to establish the idea that #Salaar is strongly connected to either the KGF franchise or the larger Prashant Neel Universe, thereby creating a link between the two films. Fan theories on Twitter have gained traction, with some enthusiasts delving into intricate details to substantiate their interpretations, resulting in a compelling and persuasive narrative.

Now, let's examine a few of these theories.

One prevalent theory among Prabhas fans is that the military bases in both films share the same numbering system for their wings. This is seen as a significant hint that suggests Salaar takes place around the same timeframe as KGF.

In the post-credits scene of KGF following Rocky's demise, the military base is depicted with an announcement for KGF 3. Interestingly, the background in Prabhas' Salaar teaser bears resemblance to this scene, and the military troops appear to have a similar aesthetic in both films.

Prabhas' attire, transformation, and the overall ambiance in the movie undoubtedly transport us to the world of KGF.

In a notable scene, Rocky sends a fax to the Navy, raising curiosity about its contents. Considering that KGF had a military base until 2014, as per the timeline mentioned in the 2018 reference, it leads to speculation that Salaar could be connected to that military base.

In addition to these observations, there are several other points that establish connections between the US Army vehicles seen in the base camp of Salaar and Rocky Bhai's visit to Africa, as well as the arrival of US Interpol to India for Rocky. Furthermore, some enthusiasts are even speculating that Part 2 of Salaar might take place in South America, with both Rocky and Salaar joining forces.
It is evident that Salaar is not simply a rehash of Prashant Neel's Ugram.

In one older theory, there was a suggestion that Eeswari Rao's son in KGF gets killed, but his face is never revealed. Some speculate that this boy grows up to become Salaar. However, Prashant Neel has reportedly denied this theory.

The collaboration of Prashant Neel and Prabhas has undeniably generated immense hype, raising expectations to new heights. It remains to be seen if the movie lives up to this heightened anticipation as it releases on September 28.
