During the 'Wonderlust' launch event on Tuesday, Apple unveiled its highly anticipated iPhone 15 series, causing a significant stir on social media. However, even before the iPhone 15 series launch, an advertisement featuring Apple CEO Tim Cook became the center of attention. Mr. Cook took to X (formerly Twitter) to share the video, which also featured Hollywood actor Octavia Spencer.
In the ad, Spencer portrayed the character of Mother Nature, visiting the Apple headquarters in Cupertino, United States. Tim Cook made an appearance in the ad, showcasing his impressive skills.
In his caption for the post, the Apple CEO emphasized the company's dedication to addressing climate change as one of the world's most pressing concerns: "At Apple, we believe that climate change is one of the world's most urgent priorities, and we are deeply committed to doing our part. Today, we had a special guest—a true force of nature—stop by to check on our progress."
In terms of design, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus have undergone a significant upgrade, particularly in the display department. The latest iPhone 15 series takes inspiration from the iPhone 14 Pro series by incorporating features like the Dynamic Island display, the powerful A16 Bionic processor, and a high-resolution 48-megapixel primary camera. However, some of the premium features, such as the 120Hz refresh rate and the telephoto camera, remain exclusive to the Pro models. Preorders for the phone will begin on September 15, with the official release date set for September 22.
